Pennypickle's Workshop is a city-owned facility in Temecula, California. Opened in June of 2004, it quickly captured the attention and admiration of local residents and visitors to the beautiful Temecula Valley area as well as acquiring several prestigious awards for innovation and creativity.
Professor Phineas T. Pennypickle, while a fictional character, is loved by children and adults alike who play in his 7500 square foot home workshop and search for Beaker, the Professor's tiny field mouse companion.
Pennypickle's Workshop is operated by the Friends of the Temecula Children's Museum, a group of volunteers charged with providing fundraising and sponsorship opportunities that support operations and programs at the museum. All proceeds from admissions, gift shop sales, KIDS ONLY CLUB, birthday parties, and other special events and programming supply revenue to keep the Workshop self-sustaining.
These efforts could not be possible without contributions from individuals, corporations and foundations. These gifts and grants play a critical role in helping to deliver unique and engaging programs and activities.
